Like any builder worth his salt, I drive a white van to give the impression of legitimacy. My latest van has registration HT03AXN and I can be reached on 0750 846 5029 or 0747 147 7355.
As I have said before, I'm a cowboy builder so I can always register a new company or change my name or get another white van or get new phone numbers but my face won't change hence I put my photo up. I also go by the names Totoy, Tito & Lito.As the son of the devil, I am very short but I asked my father not to make it so obvious so I don't have fangs like him.
In human form -though I have no humanity in me as I am the scum of the earth- I am a filipino from the Philippines of course and I give the people a bad name. I am not qualified to lay a brick but I will lie to you about my skills and those of my fellow thieving scumbags. I will share some photos of them too shortly in case you come across any of us. You deal with us at your own risk.
I will come to you if you request a building quote. I will tell you my reputation is more important to me than anything else. Well don't forget, as the son of the devil, we only have one reputation- to uphold wreaking havoc wherever we go. I will mention other things I could just touch up as part of the works. Small things that will make a difference so everything looks good.
My team are always ready to start a new job the next day. We could even start now. My quote starts off as all inclusive but it doesn't matter that I will soon come back to ask you to change to a labour only contract after I have left your house exposed to the elements. You are already in a tight spot by then. I don't care as I just want to fleece you for all you have.
I use the wrong cement for the foundation, the wrong blocks for the inside and the outside. I get the cheapest steel beams I can lay my hands on regardless of them being the right size or not and weld them into place. I don't care if they buckle with time. I will be long gone by then and it really won't matter that your house is at risk of collapsing.
My men don't do much work. We lounge most of the time after our initial flurry of activity to leave your home exposed and leave you vulnerable.
I forgot to mention that I will tell you I was working on large building projects in Saudi Arabia before moving to the UK. I also say I have a family in the Philippines and my parents have passed away. That I am a committed Christian and never work on Sundays because I volunteer to feed the less fortunate. I have of course invited the wrath of the Christian God upon myself as I have dragged his name in the mud. May everyone who has been a part of this deception and benefitted from my deception be judged and feel the wrath of God and upon 7 generations to come. I can come to you on a Sunday though to ask for more money.
